Health tips for preventing shoe bites

A beautiful woman ought to have beautiful feet. The pleasures of buying a pair of new shoes will be spoilt once you get a shoe bite that leave ugly scars. There are certain ways to prevent this problem. When you buy a new pair of shoes, fill it with soap suds. Drain and dry them later. Wear them when they are fully dried. You can also apply petroleum jelly or oil (coconut or castor oil) to soften your biting footwear. All this can soften the shoes.

If you still get shoe bite after trying out all this, it has to be treated immediately. Camphor, coconut oil, neem and turmeric are natural healers. Mix a bit of camphor in a few drops of coconut oil and apply on the affected area. It is a very effective remedy. A few neem leaves, a few drops of glycerin and a tablespoon of turmeric powder should be blended together with water to form a thick paste. This paste should be applied on the affected area. This is also a good remedy for shoe bites.
