Mango,
the king of fruits is a rich source of Vitamins A, E and fibre. They are high
in anti-oxidants lutein, zeaxanthin and help in protecting your eyes. They
reduce risk of macular degeneration caused by age which is a leading cause of
blindness in adults. The biggest plus factor about mangoes is that it can be
enjoyed ripe or unripe. In ripe form it can be used in juice or dessert or as
it and unripe in chutneys and salads.
