Keep your phone away; for a good sleep

Do you know what the biggest mistake you do before sleep is? It is keeping your mobile phone under your pillow. The only time you part with your phone is sleep time. Otherwise you send and receive messages, check a hundred times for updates, call, text, browse etc. Keeping under your pillow makes you alert and vigilant waiting for a text from a friend. The blue light of the mobile screen is not good for your eyes either. The most important reason to keep your phone under your pillow is using it as your alarm. But using an old-fashioned alarm clock is much desirable. Keeping it at least 20 cm away will reduce radiation up to 98%. Give a break from technology and rest well. So always keep your phone away for a good night’s sleep.
